Same-day questions
Running close to the cutoff? Call 306-500-1226 and we'll tell you what's possible.
What if I miss the 11 AM cutoff?
Your order goes into the next business day and is ready after 4 PM. The 24-hour price applies, not the same-day rush.
Do weekends and holidays count?
No. Same day and 24 hour count Monday to Friday only. An order placed Friday after 11 AM is ready Monday after 4 PM.
My file isn't print-ready. Can I still get it today?
Usually. We check every file for free. If it needs small fixes we'll tell you right away. Design orders start the day you approve the proof.
Can same-day orders be shipped?
Yes. They ship the day they're ready. Delivery time depends on where you are in Canada.
